Against The Current are going to premiere footage of their show in Cologne earlier this year, and you can watch it from the comfort of your own home.
Against The Current toured Europe in the Spring of 2022, stopping off at Cologne’s Carlwerk Victoria as they went.
And they are now going to be premiering footage shot there via a special livestream event.
That event will be taking place this Saturday (November 25) via Maestro and there will be two showings.
The first will be at 6pm GMT, focused on people in Europe being able to watch, which is also 10am PST.
Whilst the second showing will be 6pm PST / 9pm EST, focused on the US fans getting the chance to watch.
The band are also going to be hanging out in the chat, running, giving out trivia and all sorts of fun extras too.
You can grab your ticket for the event from right HERE
The band have also revealed that the livestream is going to be helping them raise money to record their first independent release since they were 16.
They have offered an update on new music, mainly in the form of where the follow-up and companion to their EP ‘Fever’ was.
Vocalist Chrissy Costanza had this to say about it, as she gave an update:
“To people wondering about EP2:
– anything recorded under the label we wouldn’t be able to release because we don’t own it
– we couldn’t record new things we were writing until now because the label wasn’t keeping us for another album/EP so we were in a holding pattern.
The guys were in the studio last week recording 3 new songs, which I’ll be doing vocals this week. Plus side is we don’t have to wait for date approvals etc once they’re done we can release as soon as we want.”
There is also a new song coming. It’s called ‘Blindfolded’ and will be released on December 02. You can pre-save it right HERE
