Memory Foam Share New Album ‘Steel Magnolias’

Owning efficiently melted our earholes with these kinds of intellect-bending scholar radio hits as ‘Choo Choo Train’ showcasing Child Zionov, ‘Jimbo’ and ‘Burn Up’, Memory Foam have currently unleashed their debut album Steel Magnolias. Co-generated with Michael Logie (The Mint Chicks), mastered by Bob Weston (Shellac) and featuring totally beaut deal with artwork by Grant Sheridan, the group of Yuko Miyoshi, Samual Moore, Sinisha Milkovic, Samantha Webb and Male Innes‘ inaugural extended participant is a gleefully wild experience of untamed yowls (sung in both of those Japanese and English), sci-fi punk riffs, pummelling percussion and squalling synth mania. An instant social gathering any time they strike the stage, you’d have to be some kind of sucker to pass up the Tāmaki Makaurau crew live — ushering in the new age of Steel Magnolias with displays across Te Ika-a-Māui this month, plus the two evening Punk It Up V extravaganza in early July…
