Rapper Kodak Black was arrested in South Florida on rates of trafficking in oxycodone and possession of a managed substance.
The rapper, whose lawful name is Invoice Kapri, was booked Friday into jail in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in which he awaits a bond listening to.
The Florida Freeway Patrol explained in a release that troopers pulled Black above because he was driving a purple SUV with window tints that appeared darker than the authorized restrict.
They detected a cannabis odor and then searched the SUV and identified a tiny crystal clear bag with 31 white tablets and almost $75,000 in hard cash. The tablets ended up afterwards determined as oxycodone.
The agency claims document checks also unveiled that Black’s motor vehicle tag and driver’s license were both of those expired.
