A queer romance could be brewing for Joshua Bassett’s character in period 3 of Superior Faculty Musical: The Musical: The Sequence.
In a modern scene, Bassett’s character, Ricky, briefly talks with EJ (performed by Matt Cornett) suggesting they may star as male qualified prospects in the camp’s Frozen remake. He then goes on to propose that the people could be “Friends? Enemies? Lovers?”
The Disney+ hit’s showrunner, Tim Federle, opened up in an job interview with Electronic Spy and resolved fans’ theories encompassing the character’s sexuality.
“One of the joys of a long-operating exhibit is that you get to investigate all facets and all features of all of these people,” he claimed. Federle ongoing by conversing about translating his have activities as a queer writer into the show.
