GRANT isn’t really constructing songs, she’s creating worlds.

New album ‘Truth & Consequences’ is incoming, and it finds the Swedish-Grammy nominated artist shifting into fresh realms.

80s synth pop performed with a real feeling of landscape developing and sophistication, it follows the creative triumph that was her 2020 EP ‘Vertigo’.

Reminiscent of MUNA or King Princess, there’s also a slight Millennial sheen to GRANT’s operate that performs with emotion and nostalgia.

Viagra Boys

It is not easy to describe Viagra Boys, but I’d say it is one thing like jazzy techno punk with an incredible amount of money of humour, and I assume they’re amazing. They’ve designed a world of their have as a result of their preparations, lyrics and visuals and it’s all really absurd and I just can’t get sufficient of it.

They are also 1 of the most effective bands I have ever seen reside, it is ridiculously entertaining and cathartic.

Lune is a getting of her individual. The way she will make music is so physical and it urges you to take a look at your human body and surroundings, one thing she also manifests in her visuals. She tends to operate with the essence of a motion, and it’s quick to observe but often incredibly powerful. Lately she’s been enjoying around with mixing Swedish and English lyrics and I feel the end result is beautiful.

‘Gånglåt från ingenstans’ from her hottest release also features some major sax enterprise by Isak Hedtjärn, a fellow multi-talented Swedish musician that I inspire everybody to follow.

Noomi, or Amanda as I know her, is one of my ideal good friends and it is these kinds of an honour to stick to and be a portion her journey as an artist.

She grew up all around classical and folks new music (her mom major a very regarded choir) – and these elements of her childhood all enjoy main roles in her if not electronic productions. I simply cannot hold out for the entire world to listen to far more of her as she’s developed this combination of sounds further into a thing entirely her personal.

Deki Alem

Deki Alem is a duo consisting of two brothers that began off their profession as BENNET, a critically acclaimed hip-hop task in Sweden. But what they’ve been earning these days less than the moniker Deki Alem is truly one thing else, and British influences by way of a Swedish filter carried out ideal.

It’s playfully aggressive, straightforward and funky as fuck.

Everyday living is a beach front close to Miynt! It’s the sound of summer season and psychedelics, with dreamy melodies through lo-fi. She’s a cold consume in a heatwave, and a much required dwell act that permits her musicians to create in the moment.

She just produced her debut album, and it will take you sites you have under no circumstances been.

Jelly Crystal

Jelly Crystal to me is like a young David Bowie. He’s obtained a ton of soul and coronary heart, but there’s also theatre and a excellent total of craftsmanship that goes in to his music.

I appreciate how he uses the array of his voice. His expression borders on goofy, but it is also all so pretty stunning and sincere. I’ve listened to his debut album ‘Freak Show’ very a ton, and was pleased to see one more launch from him together with Swedish R&B celebrity Seinabo Sey.

Esther is like my minimal sister and it’s hard to be objective here but she’s in all honesty one particular of the most musical people today I know of. Her expression will appear to be fragile at 1st, but is basically these kinds of a fantastic force. Her skill to take keep of tender moments and make them songs is remarkable.

Becoming a skilled classical percussionist and vibraphonist makes a distinctive effect on her composing, and tends to make her this kind of a distinctive dwell act. She’s releasing a new song quite before long, so keep your eyes peeled.
