Tonight, Tedeschi Vehicles band are set to premiere I Am The Moon: Episode III. The Drop, the companion movie to the third installment in their monumental 4-series musical undertaking, I Am The Moon. The album-very long film arrives from director Alix Lambert and will stream on the 12-piece rock and soul ensemble headed by Derek Vehicles and Susan Tedeschi’s Youtube Channel starting at 9 p.m. EST.
Like the two visible installments continuing tonight’s premiere, I Am The Moon: Episode I. Crescent and I Am The Moon: Episode II. Ascension I Am The Moon: Episode III. The Drop comes 3 times ahead of the album’s electronic and CD release, which will release, this time all-around, on Friday, July 29, 2022.
Due to the fact the premiere of I Am The Moon: Episode I. Crescent on May 31, admirers have been on their toes at Tedeschi Vehicles Band’s stay shows to catch the reside debut of the music inspired by a 12th-century poem about fans Layla and Majnun. The most up-to-date installment explores the story’s portrait of despair and enthusiasm with Tedeschi, Mike Mattison and Gabe Dixon leading the songwriting.
In line with all the chapters of I Am The Moon, the 3rd is anticipated to be lush with blues, New Orleans R&B, soulful vocals of Tedeschi and the inimitable and amazing slide guitar stylings of Vehicles. The installment also features “Emmaline,” a waltz-time ballad penned by Mattison that delivers a reflection on departed close friends and loved types, encouraged, in part, by the decline of very long-time Tedeschi Vans Band keyboardist Kofi Burbridge.
The last installment of I Am The Moon, I Am The Moon: Episode IV. Farewell is established to launch on Aug. 23, with the album unveiled on Aug. 26. The vinyl configuration, like the specific LPs and 4-LP I Am The Moon Deluxe Box, will be out there on Sept. 9, 2022.
